What is included in a corporate team building session?

Each booking includes:

  • Exclusive use of the studio during your session

  • A professional artist facilitator or facilitators

  • All painting materials

  • An apron for each participant

  • A canvas for each participant

  • Use of easels and painting equipment

  • Event setup and pack down

  • Background music

  • Finished artwork for each participant to take home

Food and beverages are not included unless arranged separately.

Directions from CBD by tram to our studio. 

Is there a direct train between Melbourne and Port Melbourne? Yes, a direct train departs from 5-Elizabeth St/Collins St and arrives at 128-Graham St/Light Rail. Services depart every 15 minutes and operate every day. The journey takes approximately 15 min.

How many people can attend?

We can accommodate both small and large corporate groups, subject to studio capacity and availability.

Please provide your expected group size when enquiring. If your numbers change, let us know as early as possible so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Can beginners participate?

Absolutely.

Our sessions are designed for all experience levels, including complete beginners. Our artists guide participants through the painting step by step in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Can we choose the painting?

Yes.

You can select from our corporate artwork catalogue. We have a wide variety of designs suitable for different teams, occasions and event styles.

Custom artwork may also be available for company celebrations, product launches, campaigns or special themes. Additional design fees and lead times may apply.

Can we bring food and drinks?

Yes.

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages or arrange external catering, subject to our studio guidelines.

Please let us know about your catering plans before the event so we can confirm access, setup and serving arrangements.

Can we bring alcohol?

Alcohol may be permitted in accordance with our studio requirements and responsible-service guidelines.

Please discuss your plans with our team before the event. The organiser remains responsible for participant behaviour and ensuring alcohol is consumed responsibly.

Shake, Sip and Paint Class: 

Please remember as outlined in the invoice and our website; 

No additional alcohol is permitted for this class as each guest will be served a glass of sparkling on arrival, followed by 2 cocktails.

Can we decorate the studio?

You may bring simple, removable decorations, provided they do not damage the studio, walls, floors, furniture or equipment.

Please do not bring:

  • Confetti

  • Glitter

  • Open flames

  • Smoke machines

  • Permanent adhesives

  • Decorations that leave marks or residue

All decorations and personal items must be removed at the end of the event.

How long does the event run?

Most corporate painting sessions run for approximately two to three hours, depending on the selected package and artwork.

Additional time may be available by prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee.

Can we include speeches or presentations?

Yes.

Many corporate groups include activities such as:

  • Awards

  • Team announcements

  • End-of-year speeches

  • Product launches

  • Staff recognition

  • Presentations

Please tell us about these activities in advance so we can allow sufficient time in the event schedule.

What should participants wear?

We provide aprons; however, acrylic paint may stain clothing.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed shoes that participants do not mind getting paint on.

Do you provide food or catering?

Food and catering are not included in the event package.

You are welcome to organise your own catering, subject to our studio guidelines. Please confirm your catering arrangements with us before placing an order.

What happens if participant numbers change?

Please advise us as soon as possible if your numbers change.

Final participant numbers must be confirmed by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation and Corporate Studio Event Terms and Conditions.

Charges may be based on the confirmed minimum spend or final number provided, even if fewer guests attend on the day.

Is the booking private?

Yes.

A private corporate studio booking is reserved exclusively for your organisation for the agreed event period.

Studio access before or after the booked period is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

Do you cater for large companies?

Yes.

We host events for small teams and larger corporate groups, subject to studio capacity.

For groups exceeding the studio’s capacity, an offsite corporate event may be more suitable.

Can invoices be provided?

Yes.

We can provide an invoice for your organisation. Purchase order numbers or other billing information should be supplied before the invoice is issued.

Payment must be made in accordance with the deadlines in your booking confirmation.

Is the studio accessible?

Please let us know about any mobility, accessibility or other participant requirements when enquiring.

We will provide the relevant studio access information and discuss any reasonable arrangements that may be required.

What is your cancellation or postponement policy?

Cancellation, postponement, credit and refund conditions are outlined in the Corporate Studio Event Terms and Conditions.

Please review these conditions before confirming your event, as fees may apply depending on how much notice is provided.

What happens during emergencies or circumstances outside our control?

If an event cannot proceed because of circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control, the force majeure provisions in the Corporate Studio Event Terms and Conditions will apply.

Depending on the circumstances, we may discuss rescheduling, credit or another reasonable alternative.
